Farah Wells

Farah Wells serves as the Program Coordinator for Loyola’s Center for International Business (CIB), where she leads marketing, communications, and event planning initiatives that support the Center’s mission to expand global learning opportunities and cross-cultural business engagement. A Loyola alumna with a degree in Marketing, Farah brings real-world experience in brand development and event production—skills she developed while working throughout college coordinating commercial, corporate, and private events.

Since joining the CIB team in 2022, Farah has contributed to a wide range of strategic initiatives, from digital content and student outreach to the planning and execution of major events, including the 20th Anniversary CUIBE Conference. She plays an active role in promoting study abroad programs and global business collaborations, helping connect students with transformative international experiences. Farah also supports integrated marketing efforts across the College of Business, in close partnership with the Center for Entrepreneurship and Community Development (CECD).
